A medical epidemiologist and public health executive with over a decade of global experience across the US and Ethiopia, spanning public health strategy, pharmaceuticals, academic research, and organizational transformation specializing in risk mitigation and strategic consulting for public and private institutions.

Dr. Christine is a US board-certified Internal Medicine physician specializing in primary care, migrant health, and chronic disease management across community and Native American health centers. A public medical content producer, she previously served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and held clinical roles at Maine Medical Center and GoodRx.

A public health strategist and corporate leadership trainer specializing in resilient health systems. She directs the CPD internship program and leads research in maternal health, SRHR, and disability-inclusive healthcare, while designing transformative leadership programs for multinationals.

Dr. Rahel Dawit is a Medical Doctor and Program Lead at Adwa Partners, serving as a Leadership Training Coordinator and CPD Coordinator. She has a strong interest in public health, mental health, clinical research and trials, and innovative medicine. She is particularly passionate about improving population health outcomes through evidence-based interventions, advancing disease prevention strategies, and exploring innovative approaches to healthcare delivery, especially in resource-limited settings.

Dr. Edom Mengistu is a Medical Doctor and Program Coordinator at Adwa Partners, leading the TNN Program under Talent and Global Partnerships. She develops leadership training and CPD initiatives, focusing on healthcare system improvement. Her expertise spans maternal-child health, medical writing, and AI in healthcare, dedicated to translating research into practical solutions.

Eng. Samuel is an infrastructure specialist with 15 years of experience in engineering design, construction, and project management. A former McKinsey & Company consultant, he serves as a Transport Advisor to the Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation (ECWC) and was a Highway Engineer on the turnkey Addis Ababa–Djibouti Corridor project. He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering.

Mr. Yelak is a process engineering specialist and academic with a decade of experience in industrial design and operations. A lecturer and researcher at Adama Science and Technology University, he leads a lab dedicated to green, sustainable energy alternatives for the industrial sector. His expertise spans process optimization, thermodynamics, and technical consulting.

A medical doctor focused on community-driven, evidence-based public health research and capacity building. She coordinates CPD training and proposal development, and leads The Nudge Nest (TNN) mentorship program for early-career public health professionals. MD, Addis Ababa University.

A clinician and academic lecturer advancing health equity and professional development. Affiliated with the Healthcare Leadership Academy, she designs tailored CPD courses to elevate healthcare delivery standards. She holds an MD from Arba Minch University and is completing her MPH.

Dr. Selam is a veteran pediatrician and public health expert with extensive experience across Addis Ababa’s public hospital network. A former clinical educator at Tikur Anbessa Specialized Hospital, she specializes in medical student training, community health education, and developing institutional capacity-building programs for healthcare professionals.

Dr. Hermon is a consultant psychiatrist bridging clinical practice and public health program management across governmental and non-governmental organizations. She has extensive experience in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education, with a core focus on mental health advocacy and non-communicable disease (NCD) prevention.
